A Year of Poems – Day 90

Breakdancing on the street,
an old magician with older tricks,
a lonely saxophone played with frozen hands,
trash can lids tapping out a song,
statuesque performers all
standing in the city square
embodying human achievement
for all those who wander by in suits.
